Tekton Growth — Internal Wiki
The single source of truth for how Tekton Growth operates. SOPs are filed by platform or system first, then assigned to the role that owns the work.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Start with the platform. If the work happens in GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, Cloudflare, GA4, Search Console, LSA, or another system, use that section first.
- Use Role Views when you need your lane. Each role view filters the wiki to only show pages assigned to that role.
- Check SOP Status before you rely on a page. Green is live. Yellow needs review. Gray is a stub.
Google Business Profile
GBP setup, verification, posting, reviews, addresses, citations, and NAP cleanup.
Google Analytics / Search Console
GA4, GSC, GTM, tracking scripts, access, and monthly lead tracking.
Websites / Cloudflare
Website builds, migrations, QA, launch gates, visual diffing, and Zero Trust.
SEO / Search Platforms
Technical SEO, rank tracking, content strategy, AI optimization, and monthly pipeline.
Role Views
Filter SOPs by GoHighLevel Specialist, CSM, GBP, SEO, Website, LSA, Sales, or Operations.
Operating rule
Section titled “Operating rule”Platform is the filing cabinet. Role is the owner. Assignee is the person currently responsible.
