What

All Tekton Growth client engagements are governed by the Agreement of Terms. The MSA is sent via GHL and must be signed before any work begins or payment is processed.

Steps

1. After a verbal yes on a discovery call, send the Agreement of Terms via GHL DocuSign integration
2. Confirm client receives and signs (check GHL for signed status)
3. Once signed, trigger the Stripe payment link
4. Only begin onboarding tasks after both signature AND payment are confirmed

Where the document lives

The current Agreement of Terms template is at /sops/client-facing/agreement-of-terms.md and managed in GHL as a template.

Definition of done

GHL shows “Signed” status on the agreement. Stripe shows payment processed. Task Tracker onboarding tasks are triggered.

Important

Do not begin any work — including internal setup tasks — until both the agreement is signed and the first payment is confirmed. This is a firm rule.
