90-Day Ramp Plan

Every new Tekton Growth team member follows a 90-day ramp that moves from observation to independent execution. By Day 90, they should be fully autonomous in their role with no hand-holding needed.
Who owns it

- Shadow existing client work — no independent execution yet
- Complete SEO Foundation training
- Complete AI Tool Setup SOP
- Pass orientation quiz
Days 15-45 (Supervised Execution)
Section titled “Days 15-45 (Supervised Execution)”- Take on one client under direct supervision
- All tasks reviewed before delivery
- Weekly 1:1 check-ins with supervisor
Days 46-90 (Independent Execution)
Section titled “Days 46-90 (Independent Execution)”- Manage full client load independently
- Escalate only when necessary
- Bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”Day 90 review completed. Employee confirmed independent at full client load. Any gaps documented in Task Tracker for follow-up.
