- Verify the edited page locally or on the approved preview/live URL, depending on the task stage.
- Check the affected page on desktop and mobile widths, including header, footer, buttons, forms, phone links, images, and spacing near the edit.
- Run the repo build when code changed, then record whether it passed.
- Check browser console only when the task touched scripts, embeds, tracking, forms, or interactive components.
- Add handoff notes with the changed URL, what was verified, build result, screenshots or links when useful, and any remaining risk.
- Move the task to
in_reviewor the agreed handoff stage. Do not silently mark client-requested work complete if the CSM still needs to notify the requester.
Definition of done
Section titled “Definition of done”The change is ready for handoff when the affected route is verified, build status is known, visual or functional risk is checked, and the CSM has a short client-safe update.
