Specialist Boundary
Section titled “Specialist Boundary”Jakob owns the technical answer and verified implementation for website and SEO requests. The CSM owns the client-facing loop unless Nick explicitly assigns that conversation elsewhere.
A task is not done when the code changes. It is done when the change is built, checked, documented, and handed back with enough evidence for the CSM or Nick to close the loop.
