Specialist Boundary

The Website / SEO Specialist owns the technical answer and verified implementation for website and local SEO site requests. The CSM owns the client-facing loop unless leadership assigns that conversation elsewhere.

A task is not done when the code changes. It is done when the change is built, checked, documented, and handed back with enough evidence for the CSM or owner to close the loop.
